Dear District 9 baseball/softball coaches and athletic directors:

D9Sports.com is now accepting schedules and rosters for District 9 baseball and softball teams. Please go to www.d9sports.com/baseballsoftball.htm to download the roster and schedule forms or e-mail your own form to d9sports@usachoice.net.

For the 2008 regular season, the following reporting policy will be in place. Coaches and/or a coaches’ designee is asked to e-mail the box score (a word document downloadable form is available at www.d9sports.com/baseballsoftball.htm) either the night of the game or the morning after. Box scores submitted later than 24 hours during the business week or later than Monday for weekend games will not be accepted. This is the only way that your scores and box scores will appear on D9sports.com. We will not go looking for scores/box scores that aren’t submitted.
