Walk of the Punxsutawney Spirit DUBOIS – Tommy Bush and Corey Neil combined to score 42 of Punxsutawney’s 54 points in a 54-44 win over DuBois Monday night in DuBois. Bush netted a game-high 23 points while adding three steals, while Neal had 19 points, six rebounds and three steals. Punxsutawney (4-2 overall, 3-0 D9 League) led 24-20 at halftime and then outscored DuBois 9-4 in the third quarter to take a nine-point lead going to the final eight minutes. The Chucks then salted the game away by making 17 of 20 free throws in the fourth quarter. That was a drastic change from the first three quarters when Punxsy connected on just 1 of 4 charity shots. Dane Kopas added six points and six rebounds for the Chucks, while Cody Schalk led DuBois (1-6, 0-2) with 15 points and five rebounds.
