OLEAN, NY – Bishop Walsh of Olean, NY, had four players scored in double figures in a 65-58 win over visiting Coudersport Friday night.

The Falcons (5-5), who beat Walsh 56-43 in Coudersport Dec. 16, couldn’t overcome major foul difficulties in dropping its second game in two nights.

The foul problems were evident in the second half, as Nate Minor, Brett Whitman and Nate Minor all fouled out in the fourth quarter.

Ryan Whelpley and Kevin O’Laughlin eachd scored 17 points for Walsh, which led 29-25 at halftime and 44-41 at the end of three quarters.

Andrew Mickle led Coudersport with 12 points, and Dave DuPont and Whitman each scored 11.

Coudersport will try to get back in the win column Monday when it hosts Oswayo Valley.
