HYDE - Jayme Ryan's 3-pointer from the right side with 11 seconds remaining lifted Clearfield to a 35-33 win over Harmony in non-league action Monday night.

After leading throughout the Senior Night game, the Lady Bisons fell behind for the first time, 28-27, with 3:11 left and were trailing 31-28 when Gwenn Porter came through with a pivotal, 4-point play.

The Lady Owls had regained possession after a Clearfield miss, but Porter stole the ball near mid-court, drove for a lay-up and converted both free throws after being intentionally fouled to make it 32-31 with 42.5 seconds left.

Harmony went back in front, 33-32, on Alaina Westover's putback with 25 seconds to go, setting the stage for Ryan's heroics.

Both teams had sub-par shooting performances, the Lady Bisons 12-for-49 for 24.5 percent and the Lady Owls 11-for-51 for 21.6 percent.

Harmony, one of the top District 6 Class A teams at 12-5, had a 43-26 rebounding advantage with Alyson Leyo and Megan Brink pulling down 13 apiece. They also scored 13 points apiece.

Ryan's eight points were high for the Lady Bisons, 7-8 after winning three games in a row for the first time since February 2007.
