ST. MARYS – Behind a career-high 26 points from Nick Bowser, Keystone
knocked off Coudersport 54-51 in the District 9 Class A boys’ consolation
game Saturday afternoon at Elk County Catholic High School.
Keystone led by 13, 43-30, going to the fourth quarter but had to hold off a
Coudersport rally to get the victory.
Dan Reed added 10 points and five assists, while Ben Marchand had eight
points and nine rebounds to go with Bowser’s 26 points. Bowser shot 11 of 12
from the floor.
David Dupont led Coudersport with 12 points with Andrew Mickle and Jason
Gibson each adding 11 tallies.
Both teams move into the PIAA playoffs.
