THE WEEK FOR WEEK SIX 2008
CLARION – For the second straight week, Karns City quarterback Anthony Stimac is the Clarion Hospital Athletic Medicine Program (CHAMP) KSAC Football Player of the Week for Week Six.
Stimac played an instrumental role in the unbeaten Gremlins 23-14 win over previously unbeaten Redbank Valley Friday night. He had 296 total yards of offense while also adding an interception on defense. Doing most of his damage with his legs, Stimac ran 15 times for 207 yards and a touchdown and also added 89 yards passing and a score.
