UNION PULLS AWAY FROM A-C VALLEY

FOXBURG -- Jeff Lantelme and Darren Laughlin combined to score 30 points, as Union topped A-C Valley 73-60 in KSAC boys’ basketball action Wednesday night at A-C Valley.

Both Lantelme and Laughlin scored 15 points each to lead five players in double figures for the Golden Knights (5-17 overall, 2-12 KSAC). Dustin Hawk added 11 points and 12 rebounds for Union who also got 11 points from Jon McKinney and 10 from Tyler Painter

Jesse Morrison paced the way for A-C Valley (3-19, 2-12) with 19 points, while Jake Mechling had 14 and Rick Hartwell 9.
