The Crusaders (23-2) led 51-14 at halftime and cruised to the win. Jesse Bosnik had a monster game with 21 points, seven steals, six rebounds and four assists in 10 minutes of playing time. He now has 1,993 career points and needs seven in the Crusaders playoff game Friday with either Rocky Grove or North Clarion Friday night. He would be the fourth boys’ player in D9 history to reach 2,000 points. ECC didn’t shoot well going 31 of 74 from the floor (41.9 percent), but Sheffield shot worst going 14 of 47 (29.8 percent).
