DISTRICT 9 ALL-DISTRICT TEAMS
All-District teams for District 9 were started in 2000 by Rich Rhoades, then sports editor of the DuBois Courier Express and were given out through the newspaper in 2000. Stating in 2001, with the formation of D9Sports.com, the awards have been given out by the web site.
