The KSAC expanded from 9 teams to 14 teams prior to the 2004-2005 season and into two divisions prior to the 2006-2007 season. The KSAC then was reduced to 13 teams starting in the 2008-09 season when Rocky Grove returned to District 10. For the purpose of this count, the two KSAC divisions are counted as one conference
The AML expanded from 6 teams to 8 teams and split into 2 divisions prior to the 2004-2005 season. For the purposes of this count, the two AML divisions are counted as one conference
